There are numerous technical parameters for automatic spraying equipment, and each parameter has an important impact on the performance of the equipment and the spraying effect. The following are some common technical parameters and their importance:
Flow parameters:
Maximum flow rate: It refers to the maximum amount of oil that the equipment can spray out per unit time, usually measured in milliliters per minute (ml/min) or liters per hour (L/h). It determines the spraying speed and efficiency of the equipment. For large-scale production or scenarios that require rapid spraying, a larger maximum flow rate can improve production efficiency.
Flow rate adjustment range: It indicates the range within which the equipment can precisely adjust the spraying flow rate. A wider flow rate adjustment range enables the equipment to adapt to different spraying requirements, accurately controlling from a tiny amount of spraying to a large amount, thus increasing the universality and flexibility of the equipment.
Pressure parameters:
Working pressure: It is the pressure required for the automatic spraying machine to operate normally, usually measured in megapascals (MPa). Appropriate working pressure can ensure that the oil is sprayed out at an appropriate speed and with good atomization effect. If the pressure is too low, it may lead to uneven spraying and poor atomization; if the pressure is too high, it may cause the oil to splash, resulting in waste and damage to the equipment components.
Pressure adjustment accuracy: It reflects the precise degree of the equipment's pressure adjustment. High-precision pressure adjustment can ensure that the required pressure can be stably output under different spraying conditions, thus guaranteeing the consistency of the spraying quality.
Atomization parameters:
Atomization particle size: For the automatic spraying machine, it refers to the size of the oil droplets formed after the oil is atomized by the spraying equipment, usually measured in micrometers (μm). A smaller atomization particle size means that the oil can be more evenly distributed on the surface of the object to be sprayed, forming a finer and smoother coating and improving the quality and adhesion of the coating.
Atomization angle: It refers to the angle of the conical spray formed after the oil is atomized. An appropriate atomization angle can make the oil cover the surface of the object to be sprayed more evenly and avoid excessive or insufficient spraying in local areas.
Control parameters:
Degree of automation: It includes whether the equipment has functions such as automatic control of the start and stop of spraying, flow rate adjustment, and pressure adjustment, as well as whether it can be linked with other production equipment. A high degree of automation can reduce manual intervention, improve the stability of production efficiency and spraying quality, and at the same time reduce labor intensity and human errors.
Control accuracy: It reflects the precise degree of the equipment's control over various parameters (such as flow rate, pressure, spraying time, etc.). Precise control can ensure the consistency of each spraying operation, which is crucial for application scenarios that require high-quality and high-precision spraying.
Other parameters:
Applicable oil viscosity: Different automatic oil spraying equipment has certain requirements for the viscosity of the oil, and the applicable viscosity range is usually indicated. If the viscosity of the oil used is too high or too low, it may affect the normal operation of the equipment, such as causing problems like poor spraying and unstable flow rate.
Equipment size and weight: For some oil spraying equipment that needs to be installed in a specific space or used in a mobile manner, its size and weight are important considerations. Appropriate size and weight can facilitate the installation, commissioning and use of the equipment and improve its applicability and convenience.
The selection of automatic spray guns is very important. We usually choose imported ones with low pressure and high atomization, which can save 30% of the paint.
