Non-stickiness: In the molecular structure of Teflon paint, the carbon chain is surrounded by highly electronegative fluorine atoms, forming stable C—F bonds. The surface is inert, and almost all sticky substances are difficult to adhere. Even a very thin film has excellent non-stick properties, making the coated surface smooth and easy to clean. It is widely used in the food industry, kitchenware and other fields, such as non-stick pans, bread processing molds, etc.
Heat resistance: Teflon paint can withstand extremely high temperatures. It can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C for a short time, and can generally be used continuously between 240°C and 260°C. It has remarkable thermal stability, will not become brittle when working at freezing temperatures, and will not melt at high temperatures, and can maintain stable performance in extreme temperature environments.
Slipperiness: The coating film of Teflon paint has a low coefficient of friction, and the coefficient of friction changes very little when under load and sliding. The value is only between 0.05 and 0.15, which can endow the coated object with good self-lubrication. It can be applied to parts such as the inner walls of bearings and gears in the machinery industry to reduce friction loss.
Moisture resistance: The coating film surface of Teflon paint is not wetted by water and oil, and it is not easy to be stained by solutions during production operations. If there is a small amount of dirt adhered, it can be easily wiped off. The downtime is short, which can save working hours and improve work efficiency.
Wear resistance: Under high load, Teflon paint still has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-stickiness, and can be used for equipment that is frequently used and works under high load conditions, such as the oven plates and frying pans in food processing, which can reduce the wear of the equipment.
Corrosion resistance: Teflon paint is hardly eroded by chemicals. Except that it can react with molten sodium metal, fluorine, strong fluorinating media and sodium hydroxide above 300°C, it is inert to almost all commonly used chemicals. It can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion and can resist the erosion of various acids, alkalis and salts and other chemical substances.
Electrical properties: Teflon paint has excellent electrical insulation properties. Within a quite wide frequency range, it has high insulation strength, a very low dielectric constant, and an extremely high surface resistance. It can be used in high-voltage and high-frequency electrical environments. It can also be made to have sufficient conductivity through special technologies and be used as an antistatic coating.
Safety performance: The solid components of Teflon paint are non-toxic, do not contain perfluorooctanoic acid ammonium, and the formation process is reasonable. The coating is non-toxic and is widely used in cookware, medicine, food containers and other fields, and will not cause harm to the human body and the environment.
The process flow of the Teflon paint spraying line: Loading the product -- Automatic dust removal -- Automatic spraying of Teflon paint -- Baking at 230°C for 50 minutes -- Cooling -- Unloading the product. Second pass of top coating -- Baking at 230°C for 50 minutes and then unloading the product.
