The UV curing oven uses ultraviolet light to irradiate the flocked workpiece, so that the adhesive containing a photosensitizer quickly undergoes a photochemical reaction and cures, which has the advantages of fast curing speed, high efficiency, and low energy consumption. The hot air curing oven cures the adhesive by heating it with high-temperature hot air, which is suitable for the interior parts materials that are not sensitive to temperature, ensuring that the adhesive is fully cured and improving the durability of the flocked products.

  • Cleaning Equipment: It is used to remove the excess floating flocking fibers on the surface of the interior parts after flocking, making the product surface cleaner. Vibration cleaners and dust suction devices are common cleaning equipment.
