The client Make from the UK and his assistant Coco came to discuss a coating line for engine bushings. We designed a two-coat and two-bake floor rail type spray painting line for them. Natural gas is used for heating, and the chain adopts a floor rail type with a pitch of 50.8. The technological speed is an average of 6 meters per minute, and the output is 60,000 pieces per day with an 8-hour working day. With special coatings and special process requirements, we led them to our company to make samples, and the effect was excellent, meeting the usage requirements of this product. Next, we will design the drawings for them. The process flow is as follows: manual loading - automatic electrostatic dust removal - preheating - automatic primer spraying - paint curing - automatic topcoat spraying - paint curing - cooling - manual unloading. The whole coating process for the bushings has been confirmed.
