This is a tunnel-type drying conveyor line installed in Malaysia. The total length of the line body is 25 meters, and the temperature ranges from room temperature to 150 degrees Celsius. It is used for baking the aluminum electronic product shells. After printing and painting, the products are baked, and the temperature can reach an accuracy of plus or minus 5 degrees. The conveyor belt is made of high-temperature-resistant Teflon material, ensuring a smooth conveying process. The total heating power is 70 kilowatts. It can maintain a constant temperature at set times and is equipped with cooling fans.
